Payday

ok .. well not really payday .. but that "due-date" is coming up soon .. . i have 39 days-ish till robert comes home ..and I would love to "sneak" off another 10 lbs ...

good news .. the scale is down (by a small minor fraction) again ..the bad news .. my ass is broken (quite literally!) ..what to do? what to do? Im worried this will affect my progress ...and i will fall off the wagon again .. to not return till i have added on 20 lbs ... thats a viscious cycle ..and im determined to be out of it.. i have learned alot this rodeo .. .

so here is to "water-running" oh joy (where's a thumbs down when u need one?)
