Tramp Stamp

Ok. Ok. Ok. I admit it .. I have one .. and I. am. not. ashamed. I am not ashamed. Seriously, I am annoyed, annoyed at this nickname .. "oh your so witty .. it rhymes .. tramp and stamp .. i get it." Boooooo.

Now, I must also admit I love to see a man with a tramp stamp ... haha it cracks me up ..is that bad>? Do we still call it a tramp stamp or is that some type of social fopa(faux pas)? And which is the correct way to spell fopa .. our way or the french way .. i'm going to be a good old american and go with fopa ..anyway ... I mean yeah its defintely hypocritcal .. ..but so funny ...I can't help it.

I also love these type of tattoos: asian symbols, cartoon characters(specifically taz), and barbwire around your bicep. Yes, Im talking a little crap . ..and I have no problem with your tattoo if its supposed to be funny or is meaningful ..but please don't get the chinese symbol for peace or love. gag. "i'm Alice pieszecki on KRJZ 109.5 saying goodnight" Ok. I'm not ..but i love that girl.

--tramp stamp barbie ...hearts ken .. u gotta love it

Learning a lesson through my "children"

Alright so I have to admit it’s a bit shocking to learn that you are still learning things about yourself at the age of 26. Now this may just be me, because I can be pretty oblivious to my surroundings; however I would have thought I would notice something that now seems so very blatant. It was recently pointed out to me that I am clumsy ..and of course when I was told this .. I said "psh .. what? (craxy face) your nuts ..no im not" And the following event occured(in no particular order)

1. Opening bottle of beer with bottle opener - cut finger - damn! (literally minutes after the clumsy convo ... impeccable timing!)

--it's hard to see ..but there it is that damn cut

2. Walking to living room with beer and I slammed my right toe, and left foot (don't ask) into leg of couch OUCH!
3. Cursed myself and the "informant," left room, came back in again and slammed my entire right foot into couch and cut toe .. seriously? wtf? It was like I was aiming for the couch .....

So of course, at this point I’m annoyed because I’m oblivious (which I already knew), but also clumsy. Don’t worry the next thing to happen to me goes as follows. I decided to play with rogue and rogue has this "toy" which is basically left over pieces of an old tug toy. well the remaining piece is plastic. hard plastic with tons of teeth marks in it ..and so I look at it and tell myself ..no lets not play with that because it could cut you. However, I continue to play near this toy and of course Rogue grabs it ..I grab her and cut my other finger. Currently I type this with 2 bandaged fingers .. I’m 26 .. not a 4 year old

--Rogue with her unholy toy .. damn toy

The innocent bystander, watching it all go down. I'm sure he saw it all before it happened and was thinking "tsk tsk mom, dont do it. just say no"

Alright so lesson learned. yes I am clumsy. damn it.

Sumo Wrestling

One of my favorite memories on Robert and I's vacation is the day we were in Honduras. More accurately, we were on Isla Roatan and we had a beach day. It was absolutely gorgeous, the white sand beach, the green-blue water. Robert does not like the water and as usual, we are opposites and I love the water. However, He did get into the water for me and it was so much fun.

We ended up playing "Sumo Wrestling" and I must admit that this was Robert's idea. Now I know this may be hard to believe, but occasionaly you can get the goofy side of Robert to come out. So here is how the game would go: we would bow to each other, then each of us would pat our legs and squat, and then come running at each other. Now the first time this happened I was not sure what was going on and robert dunked me in the water . ... Of couse I came up sputtering and laughing . . However, round 2, I won (as my competitive nature came through). Now we did not get around to round 3, as we were laughing way too hard. It was one of those perfect moments ...

The 19th Wife

Yeah my first post! As usual I had no idea where to start ..so we will go with the book i'm currently reading ..

I know they (they being my 10th great English teach Mr. Albert) always said to not start your writing off with a quote from someone else . . but I always hate that rule. So I would like to start off with a quote from one Ms. Mary Ann McMullen "This is a hot button issue, so if you are easily offended, I would urge you to read on, because the more you are exposed to differing views of your own, the less you will be generally offended." hehehe she cracks me up ..please read her blog if you enjoy a good laugh (and who doesn't?).

Anyway this book, seems to be a hot button issue .. probably not so much out of Utah ..but in Utah it is .. . I keep hearing about it on the local news and at work .. blah blah blah .. So I decided to see what all the hype was about .. . .So far i'm not sure why ..now granted I am only 47 pages into this book, but it seems to be a book against polygamy . .not the mormon church. So far I must say .. IT'S A MUST READ! Put it on your to do list, your task reminder, your technical devices etc .. . the author is quite humorous with my favorite quote being the title of one chapter "Welcome to Flippin' Utah." heheh

Anyway, I'd like to do a book club if anyone else would want to??? Maybe we can start with this one?
